I had an amazing stay at Hit Hostel. Everything exceeded my expectations. the staff, including the new manager, did a fantastic job ensuring our comfort. the location was incredibly convenient, close to everything we needed. And the cost of our accommodation was very reasonable for the quality. I can't thank them enough, and I will definitely be back. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

The location of the hostel was great, with easy access to the city center and all its attractions. It was also conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. the hostel offered air conditioning in the rooms, which was a relief during the warm weather.

My experience at the hostel was far from pleasant. The cleanliness of the hostel was subpar, with dirty toilets, unclean rooms, and a kitchen that was in a terrible state.

I had a great time at this hostel! the location was fantastic, with everything I needed right on my doorstep. It was really close to all the main attractions and nightlife. the room was clean, the bathrooms were well-maintained, and the staff were friendly. the internet was also really fast, which was a big plus. it was a comfortable stay with a friendly atmosphere.

The cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired and was quite off-putting.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast. the location was perfect, close to many attractions.

The lack of windows in the rooms and loud noise from the nearby nightclub made it difficult to sleep. the common areas felt cramped and uncomfortable.

Located in a vibrant area, the accommodation is in the middle of bustling streets and terrific pubs and bars. the city centre is within close proximity, making everything accessible and convenient for the guests. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, offering a comfortable stay for the visitors. the staff is friendly and helpful, making sure their guests feel at home.

While the facilities are good, the location might not be entirely suitable for everyone, and it may not suit the preference of travelers who are looking for a quiet environment and a good night's rest.

Loved the 24-hour front desk, so I could bother the staff at any time. The shared kitchen was great for finding expired food. And the tours they organized were perfect if you enjoy getting lost and confused.

The first aid kit was such a disappointing safety feature. I was hoping for something more adventurous, like a tightrope over a shark tank.

During my Easter stay, I enjoyed the easy access to key locations as well as the good price. The room I stayed in was clean, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I also appreciated the good Wi-Fi signal and the secure entrance.

The room had no windows, which made it quite stuffy and hot. The bathrooms were not cleaned regularly, and the shared kitchen lacked sufficient windows.

We loved our stay at the hotel! We couldn't have asked for a better location - it was close to everything and close to the action. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and we particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and excellent hot water pressure. The staff, especially Lance the Duty Manager, was fantastic - very helpful and hospitable.

    Nothing all good.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. the hotel provided a strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection, making it easy to stay connected. The security measures at the hotel were also commendable, with coded access to both the main entrance and the rooms ensuring a safe stay.

The lack of windows in the rooms made them feel stuffy and hot, and the ventilation was not adequate. The cleanliness of the bathrooms left much to be desired, and the lighting throughout the hotel was not ideal.

The location of this hostel is perfect for those who want to be close to the action of the city. It is really close to everything - just a short walk to town. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a small fridge, jug, and cups. the bathroom facilities are well-maintained, with daily cleaning by the friendly and helpful staff. the hot water pressure in the showers is excellent, providing a relaxing experience after a long day of exploring.

There are some areas of the hostel that could use improvement.

I had a great experience staying at Hit Hostel. The staff, especially Dev, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was a good size and cleaned thoroughly every day. The shared showers and toilets were decent and had nice hot water. The kitchen facilities were adequate for my needs. The location was fantastic, right in central Auckland on K Road with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It was also easy to get to Queen Street. I had a cozy and enjoyable stay at Hit Hostel.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and shared facilities, great shower water pressure, good wifi speed, and a bonus heat pump in the room. Fully equipped kitchen and friendly, helpful staff. Outdoor area and TV with Netflix available. Enjoyed my stay and would return if in the area again.
